The Rolling Stones sang "Ti-i-i-ime is on my side. Yes it is!" Well, is it? Is time on your side? Last week Dean challenged you to document, (i.e. keep track of your time), what you do how much time you spend doing it.
This week he talks about why he suggested it.
Gives you some smart tips for living life realistically and what to do if you missed out on this challenge all together.
Watch and take notes...this one's a keeper.
Oh, and in honor of this being the 100th blog he's giving away $100 Dean Dollars...Jeez, I hope this doesn't become a pattern.
The details on using the $100 Off can be found on the certificate. Download it now!
Thank you Dean
Thank you, thank you! You are so generous and encouraging! Sooo thankful for you!

THE ACADEMY
I am a newbie and am in a very very bad financial situation and i don't want to seem like i am complaing because you have done some wonderful things to help all your students. The only thing i have a problem with is i need to get my first deal done before we are sleeping under a bridge (no joke) and i can't afford all these wonderful tools to assist me. I have ran ads asking for a mentor or for someone who has already succeeded to come here as in your book Matt volunteered to do with a fee from every deal of course. But never get a reply from any of them. I am so lost i have read the books over and over, but i can't get anyone to become my real estate agent and i have tried every thing. So i am coming to you to ask you to try and work out something for people like me that really want this more than you know and is a hard worker but just got totally knocked down and lost everything when the economy dropped. I need your HELP to get my first few deals done and show me the ropes,or find someone that is willing to help me get my start i will not let you down i will work my behind off and i will pay all fees out of every deal that gets done.I feel like i am begging you in front of everyone but i am at my ropes end and if i have to beg for the help i am not to proud to do so.

Hello My Name is DEYANCY and I AM an Over Analyzer
At first I wasn't going to take the challenge to record my time for a week because I was pretty sure I wasn't wasting any time. But I decided to do it anyway Well, I was right about not wasting any time, but what the exercise DID reveal is that I AM and Over Analyzer. I spend a lot of time reading, researching, and watching videos about realestate. While these are NOT BAD things to do with my time, I realized that I wasn't taking ACTION! I know the first step is to build a buyer's list, but I haven't done one ad, postcard, etc. So, my goal this week is to place at least 1 add for attracting buyers.
Thanks Dean!
Blog #100
Dean,
Thanks for your encouragement, it has been helpful in keeping me "in the game" as far as real estate investing goes. My wife and I have 5 children and our lives are just crazy busy with activities all the time. Our oldest is 18 and a freshman in college and our youngest is 9. Also, I am your typical procrastinator which doesn't always help me in the area of time management. However, I will say that lately I have been loosing my zeal for real estate investing just because of how busy our lives have been but that is not my desire. I really really want to be successful at real estate investing but taking the first step has been a struggle.
Anyway, I have recommitted myself to being more focused on my goal and I have you to thank for that, keep up the encouraging words as I am sure that I am not the only one that has a deficit of time.
Thank you
Ones again you always find a way to inspire me . Just wanted to say thanks and let you know that everyday I am getting closer to my first deal because of you .
thank you for you inspiring words of having faith on us i will

Congratulations Dean
On your 100th blog. Thank again for this this blog.
This last week Dean we did not have time to track our time do to the fact we were taking action. We flew out to Indiana to work on a house and some of my family came by the house to help us work on the house. So I want to thank you Dean for giving us the tools to make this deal happen. This one deal that my seem small to some brought so many people together. I have talked about this deal before so I won't go into the money end that much.
Because of you Dean My wife Veronica and I spent one of the best weekend ever in my life. We went out to Indiana to work on a house. We ended up with a house full of family having fun doing a family project together. My Mom who can not walk that well fixed food for us all and still wanted to help paint. My Dad's eyes lit up like a kid at Christmas saying great a project to work on. My sister and her son and husband, I can not put into words how much they have helped. I do not want to go on to long but I have to say one more time Dean Thank you, Thank you, Thank You.
Steve
Congratulations on 100th Blog
Hi Dean,
Just want to say you rock! I've been following you for a long time. I remember when I first saw your infomercial and wondered who is this kid on TV talking about real estate? He's barely old enough to drive a car let alone buy and sell real estate. Boy was I wrong, wish I would have jumped aboard when I first saw you. Now I'm here years later once again hearing you say now is the best time to get into real estate. I'm on board this time and will ride this train until I reach my destination. You are a true blessing to everyone you help and bless with your knowledge. Congrats on your 100th blog and hope you are blessed to have 100 more. Anyhow the singer you're looking for to that song is Michael Philip Jagger(Mick Jagger). Well Dean keep up the excellent work and keep being a blessing to other so the lord can continue to pour out his blessings on you and your family. Take care!
With love and gratitude.

Thanks Dean for making me think about my time and how precious it is. I was wasting time. I actually got a lot of investor study time in since you've been sending us these blogs about ignoring the negative folks and the news. And, I have been journaling my daily time his week. I know when I'm goofing off. Now that I'm paying attention to NOT WASTING TIME, it's working for me!! Thanks, Dean.

Your 10th Blog is my 1st Visit.
Thank You Dean,
My 1st visit to your 100th blog is rewarded with 100.00 Dean Graziosi dollars! How cool is that.
I am attending the Las Vegas Seminar on October 30, and I can"t wait. I am looking forward to creating my future in Real Estate while building a Financial Institution around Education. A mini version of Gates & Buffett. The ripple effect of what you are providing for people goes beyond... and then some. Words do not describe the possibilities that are opening to many of us today, thanks to you. Gregory H. Castello
Congratulations on your 100th!
Thank you very much for the message on time. I was starting to wonder if I was doing enough. Between being a mom and housekeeping, it is hard to find time for REI. After I wrote down hour for hour what I was doing, there is a lot of time in the day for everything.
To put it bluntly, it was the boost that I needed.

TIME is more VALUABLE than money!!
Hey Dean, DG Fam and Visitors!
Well, as I still haven't been feeling well, this week I didn't post right away.
It's actually given me more "TIME" to meditate on this topic.
What came to mind is an illustration Jesus gave in the Bible of a wealthy man who was very proud of the things he owned and stored up.
'With that he spoke an illustration to them, saying': “The land of a certain rich man produced well. Consequently he began reasoning within himself, saying, ‘What shall I do, now that I have nowhere to gather my crops?’ So he said, ‘I will do this: I will tear down my storehouses and build bigger ones, and there I will gather all my grain and all my good things; and I will say to my soul: “Soul, you have many good things laid up for many years; take your ease, eat, drink, enjoy yourself.”’ But God said to him, ‘Unreasonable one, this night they are demanding your soul from you. Who, then, is to have the things you stored up?’ So it goes with the man that lays up treasure for himself but is not rich toward God.”
(Luke 12:16-21)
Having nice things are not bad in THEMSELVES.
The problem is the rich man USED ALL HIS TIME for HIMSELF, rather than using the majority of that time to build "treasures in heaven", or a close personal
relationship with God, which can never be stolen or taken away!
The Bible foretells that very soon, the following WILL TAKE PLACE!
“‘Into the streets they will throw their very silver, and an abhorrent thing their own gold will become. Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to deliver them in the day of Jehovah’s fury."
(Ezekiel 7:19)
What is going to save our LIVES is HOW WE USE our TIME RIGHT NOW!!
Thanks for allowing me to share.
I know many people, including myself, are impressed and like to give quotes from things IMPERFECT HUMANS have said.
However, the Bible is my favorite reference and I am very proud and not ashamed to share what it says.
Thanks SO MUCH for ALL the blogs and for the UNIQUE way you decided to celebrate the 100th blog Dean!
The BEST way we can thank you is the way we use our time wisely in providing for our families, one of which may be real estate investing!
Focused and thankful EVEN MORE now,
Patty
good
just wanted to say great advice, it seems so simple, but hard to make yourself to all the time
thanks,
Spending my time wisely.
Dean, you have the answers to many of the problems we face today with all that go on in our daily lives. It all comes down to F O C U S. Thank you for re-enterating what my Grandparents where teaching me as a little boy, even until my teen years. This is a true testimate of old information becoming anew again. Thanks for the focus Dean. I know I'm back on track with understandings the time spent with whom/where.
Thanks for the Push
Thank you for the inspiration on how to spend my time wisely. I only wish you had set up the $100.00 to be used on smaller items then just purchases over $500.00.

your 100th

Lessons for Success in the movies
Dean,
I'm new to the Success Academy, one thing is clear that when you follow other people who are successful, even if you don't understand why, do it anyway and they will take you where you want to go.
I watched the 2010 remake of "The Karate Kid" and the boys teacher had him hang coat up, put it on, drop it on the floor repeatedly even though he didn't understand why or the benefits of doing it or as painful and frustrating as it was for him to do, he had to keep on doing it day after day, when he was ready he was told why.
Watch trailer at: http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi1258882073/
Life Lessons from "The New Karate Kid" that we can all apply to the our training in the Success Academy or in following things taught in Dean's books including:
- Perseverence, respect and honor others, they have your back and know what is best for us, do it the hard way first then later can pay for tools to simply process
- Obedience will lead to Understanding
- Your passion lives in every thing you do, even how you treat people shows your passion.
- Small things you do in your life, shows your Attitude towards life.
- Life will knock you down. You can choose whether to get back up.
- Too much of anything is bad, so take a break once in a while. Don't feel guilty about it either.
- True friends make your life better.
- Listen and seek advice of your coaches and do whatever they ask you to do as they have already been where you want to be. Success leaves tracks for others to follow.
I know that you will show me the way to success.
Hope this helps other people too.

Thank you so much for these weekly blogs. I've missed the last few weeks, but it is really great to be able to find the ones I missed, and to get inspired again. Congratulations on your 100th weekly video. Please keep them going. Whenever I need a pep talk, I can listen to you anytime I need to. Your coaches are amazing, too.
These assignments you are giving us are really good too. They really help me to see what I am doing, and what and how I can doing things better. Thank you for all you do for us. The $100.00 Dean Dollars will be very helpful, too.
Best wishes always.
