THE PROPERTY THAT I HAD LOCKED UP AND LISTED ON THE MARKET WITH A REALTOR HAD CAUGHT FIRE AND WAS TOTALLY DAMAGED. (NO ONE WAS HURT) THANK GOD..
WAS VERY LUCKY TO DO THE DEAL WITH NO DOWN PAYMENT OR MONEY OUT OF POCKET....WHAT A DIFFERENT SITUATION
