Chapter Two: Pure Gold
I was so excited this morning when I got up and saw that there was another e-mail from Dean! I couldn't believe that he had already sent out the second part of his mini-book. When the first part arrived on Tuesday, I figured he was going to dribble them out one per week. I had not had time to settled down from the excitement I felt over part one!
Now I am on cloud nine and can't wait to see what comes next. It looks like, thanks to Dean, this will be the best October ever.

I would just like to thank you for staying with us and what we are trying to accomplish. We may have gotten into a little more than we planned for, but all the info is good. I had to laugh today as I have found a realitor who is bird dogging for me. LOL! I think I caught her attention when I told her that I have a realitor for a buyer. How wierd is that. Even though we have not made a deal yet, when it comes (all of them) it is going to be nuts. The best part is when I retire I will not be mowing lawns at a golf course, I may be telling everyone how great my golf course is. LOL! Thanks for all your help and support.

Chpt 2: Finding Sellers

I really enjoyed the reading. But, I must admit at first when I read the part about the 4 D's, I felt bad. I felt that I would be taking advantage of people in their bad times. But, as I read on, I saw all the positive things about how we will really be helping them instead of harming them. By buying their homes before foreclosure allows them to get some of their equity instead of losing everything. I for one do not want to earn profits off of ones ills. I want to gain my profits and keep them. I like all the good suggestions like the letters with the coins. I like the ideals about how to identify possible properties by watching the landscape, exterior of the house, etc. This really gave me ideas on how to build my sellers list. As you can tell, I am new at this and is still trying to figure out how to get the money once you have contracted with the seller. I am sure that I will learn like all of your success students. I too want to have many success stories and I'm trying very hard to grasp the concepts. Thank you for all the information and guidance.

Hi All,
Dean’s creative advice about building your sellers list is what we all need to know when identifying potential deals. When we actively look to find a seller we are really honing our skills at finding properties, we can get under contract, that will make us a profit either quickly of over a period of time. Chapter 2 was full of great information to motivate us to implement strategies that will lead us to those properties and hopefully profits.
