Real estate business is new to me , Just got finish reading DG book!!! Very interesting book, I have a very clear understanding of the real estate process. I'm sure I need to read some more but do you have some houses from the ,Jackson Mississippi Location, because I want to start investing locally first before i branch out to other states.

Hi Corey,
most REOs and wholesale deals never get listed here or anywhere.... they are send out to a small buyer's list that is interested in these type of bargains, and then sell pretty fast. Or the bank sells them later at an auction or through their REO broker.
If I were to list all those REOs or wholesale deals here I wouldn't have time to do anything else.
So, whenever you are interested in buying a property in a certain area/city just contact me via my "normal" email, and I will get back to you with the currently available property bargains.

I own a 3br 1bath home in youngstown, OH but I live in NY so I'm a fairly motivated seller. It sold for 40K in 2002 and appraised for 48K last year. I need cash quick so I wouldn't mind selling it for a deep discount. I'm not sure how this would get pushed out, but I have pictures available and can say that it's a decent smaller home on a quiet street.
