Recommended Reading - IRA Wealth

Hello to fellow group members.

I recently found a great resource for educating myself on creating wealth in my IRA.

The book is IRA Wealth by Patrick Rice. The author is founder of IRA Resources Associates and you can order the book from his website. I got mine on Amazon so I have no vested interest in pitching the site or the book.

Please get the book, you'll love the easy reading and the dummied down explanations. Let's compare notes on finding High Return- Low Risk IRA investments.

Purchased Condo With my IRA

Group,

I want to begin sharing experiences in the hopes others will too.

In April of 2008 I made on of the smartest moves ever with my money, avoiding the bloodbath in the stock market. I bought a condo with my IRA in the most desirable and beautiful location in Tucson AZ. I have rented the unit each month and the money continues to flow back into my IRA - tax free.

To my surprise, the location has held up in value and I have lost little or nothing in the value of the unit.

I know of other units available in the same complex for those who are interested.

I am interested in other IRA investments such as rehabs and tax liens. and have now learned how to add financing where the IRA lacks the funds to make the entire purchase.

Self-directed ROTH IRA

Hi,

Nice job on the IRA investment. I have an extensive knowledge on IRA investing and would like to share to the group that this is the way to go if one desires to retire wealthy. The ROTH IRA is the entity that allows us to do this. 401K's and traditional IRA can be converted to Roth IRA. However converting to Roth IRA is a taxable event but the gains compounded on the Roth IRA are tax free. I have a friend who heavily invest in RE using his ROTH IRA. He grew his 200K to 825K in a matter of 2 years .... tax free. If anyone needs to invest in the bay area using their Roth IRA funds, please drop me an email. I am a RE agent and most agents do not know about this strategy. Feel free to contact me. Thanks for your time.
