I am looking at 2 deals right now, that seem to have very good potential. financialy I'm stock because the sellers are looking for cash buyers. Is there anyone that know of any Private Investors or Private Lenders that will be interested in Brockton Mass. I want to get this first step complete before I move on to give an offer.Please any Ideas bring them
