Hello my name is Jessica Pineiro, I am an investor in the Poconos.. I have been in the Poconos for 5 years and know the area well.. I have wanted to start a rei here for quite sometime.. i called a couple of people that said they have had a group meeting but nothing really transpired.. I am willing to start one now myself and stay committed to it...however, i will need dedicated committed,investors to come out and join me. i know alot of influental people who will love to come and start the poconos off..

AND I KNOW THATA BIG PART OF BRINGING DEALS TO THE TABLE IS BY NETWORKING. I'VE GONE TO NY AND NJ FOR REI MEETINGS, WHICH HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD, AND I HAVE MET S0ME SERIOUS INVESTORS.. BUT I WOULD LOVE IF THE POCONOS COULD HAVE A REI OF THEIR OWN!!!. I THINK WE ARE IN A GREAT LOCATION DUE TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITIES TO NY, NJ AND PHILLY.. IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR AN REI HERE AND FOR THE MOST PART,PEOPLE HAVE TRIED BUT HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THRU OR STAYED COMMITTED.
SO I AM UP FOR THE CHALLENGE TO START ONE HERE IN THE POCONOS..AND I AM DEDICATING MYSELF TO IT AND INSTEAD OF ONCE A MONTH FOR NOW WE CAN DO EVERY OTHER MONTH, JUST UNTIL THINGS PICK UP.
