Hey Middle Tennessee Investors -
We have started to meet as a group! Hope you will JOIN US!! While our posts always include what we are "prepping" for, for our next meeting, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COME AND SIT IN! We prepare for the meeting, so that we can keep one another accountable (our regulars, and by the way, we are a group of "just starters" so far), but if you are new, we would love to meet you. Don't worry about your level of experience, or lackthereof, or prepping for the meeting ---just come and introduce yourself and sit in. Our group is open to all levels, and we are here to help each other.
My experience: I've locked up some deals for another investment company on commission, and I'm getting started into other aspects of real estate investing on my own. I still have a lot to learn, but I have made a lot of phone calls, knocked on a lot of doors, and have gotten several contracts in place that are in progress. I'm waiting on the closings.
Whether you're just starting, or you're very experienced, if you are game, let's get together, share our knowledge, experience, and local relationships to increase our collective success!

I thought I would send a group post to everyone at once -----I am getting some private messages that there are more of you that have joined and you are interested in meeting up. We have not been meeting for quite awhile as despite the numbers on here, there was not enough interest and/or some members live farther out in Tennessee and were not able to make meetings.
If you are new to RE, congrats and welcome to this site! It is a wealth of information.

One thing that is HUGE these days is lease options...Greg Murphy talks about them here on Dean's site and in his materials. If you are looking for a no money down strategy, this is a great one!

--Add 5 fully qualified buyers to your buyers list and bring them to add our collective list. Send all details on qualified buyer to Anndra prior to the meeting. Buyers that are not fully qualified per our previous meeting's qualifications will not count as official buyers.

The two hours are solid learning and sharing of our experiences, along with some tools to help us get to the next level. Obviously the more you put into it, the more you'll get out of it, but regardless, just by "sitting in" and being a part of the discussion you'll get something out of it!
