How are you? Welcome to the world of REI, then! It's very exciting, especially right now.... and you will probably find out very soon that it can make you kind of "addicted"! Smiling

I don't think I have currently something in WA (at least not the complete dirt cheap, owner financed ones)... only probably one of the REO from the bank that are already repossessed, but didn't go to auction yet.
