California is a big, long state, and what is working up north or down south may not be as effective in the Los Angeles area. Los Angeles is extremely diversified. The San Fernando Valley area of LA, if it were a separate city, would be the 6th largest in the US. I wanted to create a LAcentric site where area investors could communicate to exchange information and ideas.
So if you're in the LA area or an out-of-area investor interested in pursuing deals in LA, please join in for discussions of all things to do with LA real estate.

I just signed up for the three day workshop that I recieved a mailer from Dean on.
I need to know what I get durring the three days that I haven't already got with the books ,the website and the total view site

REIC meeting next Tuesday

Hi everyone,

REIC of LA is holding their monthly meeting next Tuesday, April 13. Meetings are held at the Radisson Hotel, 6161 W. Centinela Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90230. Arrive at 6:30 to network and check in. Meeting begins at 7:30.
