Looking for Investors /Cash Buyers Criteria - Hope to contract many props this weekend into the week

My business partner are actively Full-Time REI with no cash and OK credit (Shared) since June 11th, 2010.

We have lots of properties at different stages in the process, so we are seeking to network with all cash buyer, investors, contrators, pre-approved homebuyers to select any, all or a combination of properties that we will advertise over the next several months. We would like to have the back-end folks in place as we complete the seller's contract negotiations with a 65% ARV or BETTER.WIN-WIN-WIN for everyone to feel great.

We are confident enough to make offers on all "Analyzed-and-Awesome" deals over the next few days. Taking the plunge with the right mindset and calculated risks with the perfect attitude will be our first attempts at testing the strategies, advise, research, and fire-proof passed-down wisdom from many resources (THANK YOU ALL).

We have plenty more in the hopper ready to go the next level with more being added daily and added to the priority list in appropriate order. Just move from one as far as you can to the next level (Seller's Contract at negotiated win-win asking price).
