Our location is in beautiful lake of the Ozarks, Osage Beach, Mo. Excited about making contacts with other investors and learning from their experiences. We are trying to do bird dogging to begin with. I am headed to my first auction today to hand out some business cards and going to my first REI club in Kansas May 11th. There are many variety of homes to choose from that are up for auction and are in foreclosure. I think I have finally figured out where to put my message so it will get through. Hi, my name is Jeff McLeod and I live in Potosi, MO. So, I understand about the small town.. I work in St. Louis, so I have concentrated on working deals in St. Louis. If you are still looking for REI groups, there are many in St. Louis. A couple of the bigger ones are Street and SSIC. They both have websites and you can sign up for online access. They have discussions and all kinds of good information sharing. I guess that's all for now.

Thank you for sharing information. We have just found out about a club in Springfield, MO. from another couple from St. Robert, Mo. who is a DGer, John Studdard. Hope to be able to go to a meeting, being closer to home. I will have to look into the ones in St.
Louis. I think there would be investors who would be interested in Lake Ozark and Osage Beach lake front property. We are trying to do birddogging and working
our way in to sandwich lease options. Today was a profitable day for team building. I hope this is going as a pm message. Thanks again.
