I'm looking for nice, non-listed homes in good neighborhoods. I prefer at least 3/2 and a minimum price of $100k. Move - in condition is ideal, but minor cosmetics are ok. Little to no equity is ok, as well.
At this time, I'm interested anywhere except Texas.
