Im working on this deal! need some idea's. found a house that needs a total rehab inside, wrote a letter to the owner's and they called me! yes!! then got a price for the House. they want $15,000 for it.all the sheetrock has been removed inside, so it's a blank canvest inside. the house has a big lot it sits on,and one House next to it-nice house! nothing has been done to it for 2 years! so I asked if they would owner fi the deal-they said they can't afford too.so im thinking I will offer a option on it. Any body have a better idea?

i am new to this site and am interested in the site for the tax property and learning everything I can. Do you need a business license in order to buy the tax properties?
As for the property your looking to buy I would go to the city it resides in and see if there is any money for restoration of the property. If it has been vacant that long they may have a fund you could borrow from or get a grant. Worth a try.

Maybe we can work out a contract or something!!And its 3 years then you get a tax deed now no one can take the property from you .
