After the crash in Europe, my Welsh husband and I came back to live in the good ol USA. We have bought 1 multi=use building, 3 houses and 1 church for conversion to a house. We have bought all these with either seller financing or cash back at close of escrow. There is much opportunity in this area to flip as well as hold for positive cash flow. These are not high priced properties. Most are under 100K...many under 30K.
