I know alot of people from there, and you are right they are hard workin people.

If only I could just stand beside Dean to see how to get it done, I would. I am so amazed how Dean is doing this. I would be in the trenches along with him. Dean has asked us to know our WHY. And this was one of my why(s) for New York. I have seen too many companies building rental housing and the price many are charging here in New York is astonishing. There are some people here that have good jobs but after taxes and benefits are taken out, there's not much left in the pocket and companies do not want to pay their employee more money because they will see less profit for their company. Less money/profit=no bonuses for upper management.

We need to go against the grain in order to turn the tides. The middle class is dwindling and we need the middle class back! I am currently studying economics for my Master program and we have discussed the effects the dwindling middle class have on our economy. It's pretty sad. But I pray that the more people we help, the more we can change the world. Sorry if this sounds unrealistic but I like being hopeful.

Thanks so much Dean for being who you are and not being afraid to help others. You are an inspiration and I am so glad I found your programs and the encouragement to take action and your willingness to stick by us through the journey of success.

This is a perfect example for all the other millionaires out there who make the money and wants to keep it all to themselves. They do not want to pay their fare share of taxes and they do not want to help others less fortunate. Thank God we are a group of people who are "people helping people." Dean seems to be state hopping helping others less fortunate and he must be applauded for his great effort. May God continue to richly bless you (Dean) and your family.

This is as American as it gets. I didn't see this blog until today but Dean this is what our country is about. You know there's strength in numbers, and your stronger than any of us but maybe we could all pull together as the DG Family that we are, and do this together. DG Family helping Families. It would be good for everybody as well as very motivating for DG'rs. What you have been sharing all along. Not to just help our selves, but others as well. How big could this be?

GOD gives us a portion of treasure called "time".

Way to go Bud! This is what I got from the first infomercial after waking up in a sweat and hearing your voice on my tv. Sincerity, honesty and the true burning desire to help people. I can't believe it took me this long to see this post. What a great thing to be able to do for this community! So many areas in our country could use a boost...but after it is all said and done, will there be jobs for the people moving into these houses?

I was not at your class on Aug. 1, 2011 to have the opportunity to win the cute little house.

Reason being the following:

I was awoken at 3:30 a.m. in pain that is unbearable. I drove myself to the hospital. They had to do emergency and removed part of my colon that was diseased large intestent It was because when I was born my large intestine did not attach to my back which is very unusual from what my Dr. told me. I am trying to get back into Marvin and myself business. Then what happened was Marvin was delayed as the day he paid his rent his landlord went on vacation and had a head on accident which kill them both. He had to find somewhere to live so he and his grand-daughter rented a house and took several days to move 2 rentals.

I have been looking at some comps and called David Whitmer and he told me I neededto get from a real estate team members to get some comps that were sokd in the last 6 months close to the properties I was interested in. Needless to say We are just waiting for that info. I with my agent will cover Northern Utah.

Anyway just wanted to you to know what has been going on. I'm sure I will be calling quite frequently and ask for help from David Whitmer. Jus wanted to keep you in the loop. We have not given up but just have a late start. THIS IS FOR DEAN GRAZIOSI MAIL ONLY. THANK YOU
