Hello Dean,
I am a newbie (new person) to investing. I have had this gutt level feeling however that 2009 will be divine! And that has been my mantra..only two months ago i learned my sisters house is in pre foreclosure..it freaks me out on one hand, and on the other..it may just be my shot at learning about this foreclosure area of real estate. I don't want to waist any more time..so I will be on this site daily doing my listening, practicing, and questioning till i really get it. Even if we lose my sister house i will be much better prepared for having the experience than if I just didn't get involved at all. And finding your site and this blog reminds me to keep my shield up and remember i am on the right road..for now it may just be a learning road but soon it will be an everyday practicing road and everything i have been searching for in investment realeastate..thanks again.
