Investors and partners needed for short sales and REO's. I have established a working relationship with several local banks who wish to liquidate their non-performing assets. Most are turn-key, some need work. All are in desirable locations, good school districts and positioned to make quick profits.
I'll Make The Calls To FSBO's...

I plan on calling FSBO sellers and collect their information to see if there is any way to structure a deal. My biggest hurdle is the credibility that a seasoned investor possesses. When I tell potential sellers "I am associated with a group of investors" I would like to be able to refer them to an investors selling site to demonstrate that their are other sellers that are being helped with their property. I will forward all of the leads I call to the investor(s) that are willing to assist me until I can branch out on my own.
