Through a business contact,I have access to buyer in Charlotte, NC. The buyer has been looking for a while but has only seen run down houses. The buyer has $5,000 and a 625 credit score. The buyer is looking for a 3bd/2ba house with garage. I will accept finders fee and reciprocal business in and around Atlanta Ga. Good Luck and I hope to do good and repeat business.
