A buyers list is one of the first things to do in REI. And it is one of the things that you need to continuously update. Basically if you don't have a buyer you can't make a sale.
Do you have your buyers list? How did you get started in finding them? What advice can you offer your fellow Texans in finding them?
I have started my buyers list by going to google maps and typing in "we buy houses" + "my town". This came up with a list of investors in my area. I found my fisrt 3 buyers on that list. The big problem that I had was actually calling them and asking questions. I know I messed up but I also know with practice I will get it right.
There is a topic in this website called "80 ways to find buyers" and it is posted by jjensen who is one of the official coaches. Check it out and see which ones you have used and which ones you can try. Let us all know how it went.
The Buyers List
Hi Am! I found you and our Texas Investors' site! Terrific! I'll use the Google Maps as you have and I know that will do wonders for finding more buyers. I'll also check out the "80 Ways to Find Buyers" and try those suggestions and let everyone know how it goes. You are such a Blessing to me and all of us to take the lead and get our group going. This is one more aspect of being part of Deans' Family that I'll utilize and cherish. Thank you for being here. (((((hugs)))))
hello my fellow Texans
Ok I will try that too. I also found a cash buyer from craigslist. He was looking for properties, so I contacted him and asked him what kind of properties was he looking for. He replied back through my email. So I will have him on my buyer's list now....yeaaa!
