Hello To fellow NM Investors!
Hello my name is Janet...I too have been trying to get started with investing in the Las Cruces area. I am a student with Dean's Success Academy...I am in the process of building a buyers list. I have to admit things have been going a little slow for me because I seem to have a fear of action.
I am not sure why but the thought of calling these other investors that might have more expreince scares me. So I am trying to work through all that to get my first deal.
Like Ali says, It takes action! Wish me luck and positive thoughts.
why dont you
team up , role play, and get comfortable making calls and asking questions with each other. Its a great way to overcome the fear of taking action and making calls.
