Holy cow took long enought after dabbling for 1 yr 1/2 I did a deal this is how it shook out, so i get a fsbo lead from a ghost ad i placed in early Jan, sellers need to sell cash have bad credit, i am in mexico! no ph service! wont be back for a wk so I gave it to my realtor w/listed it to my surprise for 220k, well he was supposed to put it under contract for less and not list it but oh well, so i could not wholesale it w/that price so it wound up selling to a buyer and the realtor split his commission w/me after paying the person w/referred the sellers & too much like I told him not to! Cautionary tale to be careful of agents make sure you pick the right one i held on to this one too long there were warning flags but i chose to ignore them

Made 25 signs gave them to intern he charges $2 a sign & he is going to put them up tomm & another 35 more on next Fri made them exactly how they told me to do them & making offers on MLS as well as assett mgr contact w/is getting huuge packages REO's that can be sold also individually-the houses i mean. going over insiders elite today as well as rock bottom blueprint.

i think i pressed smthng in my last blog entry oh well w/laptops it's easy to do tht at right they say i should get a mac i prob will. well as I said in my last blog picking up fr there i got to the point of making a bunch of offers here in san diego and getting several 7 prop's under contract but couldn t close them for x reason, not enough buyers on my list short end of it i wasnt following the blueprint like dean & matt say.

well I take a break for a couple of mo's and now am back at it i have started making offers again w/a vengeance here in san diego and i am sure to get smthng soon and i havve 5 byers on my list and 2 contractors and am wrkng on the rest of my team. here we go! loved your blog today dean it was fantabulous.
