I understand some of us are new here and we are all looking for a mentor but from what I have learn most will not help you. I am a newbie doing this on my own and most of us cannot afford to pay for books and cd's most of us wing it. Thank God I ran into a real estate agent who is willing to help me and I help her Now that is what I call Helping one another. I am quite sure Dean did not place this site here for selfish people who only think about themselves and not about helping others succeed. I am appalled when I asked for help I got read a book when I literally cannot afford the book at this moment.
