I'm getting frustrated! Bandit Signs are illegal in Edenton. I'm thinking about placing ads in the local newspaper that would say the same thing: WE BUY HOUSES.

I have found more than 10 properties that are good investments and have posted 3 of them on the DG Classified Ads section. I also found a couple of contractors who are interested in 4 others that I didn't post. My first deal is coming soon!!! There is one multi-unit that my contractor wants but we're negotiating the price. He is one of those "pennies on the dollar" negotiators. I love him anyway. He's been teaching me a lot on how to find the make the best deals.

Among surviving Christmas and New Years with my family and friends, I have managed to keep abreast with my new endeavor by going through this website a few times a week. The other week I drove around my area looking for houses and found a couple!! yea!!

OK. I read the 30 Days to Real Estate Cash book, from the Table of Contents to page 47 about 3 times. So far, so good. I have to keep telling myself not be scared. If I don't try my best, then I'll never know.

The other day I read this:

THREE SIMPLE RULES
Number ONE: If you do not go after what you want, you'll never have it.
Number TWO: If you do not ask, the answer will always be NO.
Number THREE: If you do not step forward, you'll always be in the same place

How true! The are the rules I live by right now as I go forward in this program.

So, here's what I've done so far:
1) I listened and watched all the suggested videos.
2) I created an email address with a business name, so I look professional. The signature has all of my prominent info.

Oh geez! This is it! Honestly, I'm a little scared. Honestly, I'm a lot scared. Honestly, I'm petrified. But, at the same time, I have faith this will work. I've watched Dean on his infomercials several times and kept saying to myself, this sounds good, but will it really work?
