Me and my broker purchased one for $9k a few weeks ago sold today for $16k! Kitchen table closings are the best closings! To top it off the buyer has hired me to do the rehab! She will be all in this property under $25,000 and after all expenses will net over a 25% Annual Return in investment! These manufactured homes can be a gold mine if they are purchased and sold correctly!
