I am back!

I haven't posted in my blog for a while. Now its the end of March and we have been very busy investing. Recently sold one of our props on a lease/option, sold another prop we purchased from a tired landlord ,bought and did a fix and flip with one of our partners. We currently have another fix and flip prop pending sale,another we are rehabbing that we will do a lease/option on. Another we just purchased with one of our partners that is undergoing rehab for a fix and flip. Have another bank owned property offer accepted and also another private owned that we are purchasing on a land contract which we may hold as a lease/option or possibly wholesale.... haven't decided.

Been busy with tying up year end deals and getting part way through the 30 days to real estate cash. Found a couple new Realtor's,put together a new cash buyers list and mailed the letters. Received my first call back today-See ---It Really works. I stopped reading after this first portion as I wanted to take action. Will read more this week. Currently have contractors working a rehab that should be ready for market soon. Doing inspection on an accepted offer tomorrow. 2012 is going to be GREAT!

Something New

Ordered 30 days to Real estate Cash-I am going to follow step-by step even though I have a team in place. I am getting a refresher course and trying something different. Will let you know how it turns out for me.

Wow, Where did the year go? This week we got an offer accepted on another bank property. I think I am going to try my first Wholesale deal.I looked at half dozen properties this week and am putting more offers in tomorrow . If anyone needs help please P.M. me. I want to help others!

More deals!

OK Busy week. Tuesday 11/22/11 we closed on one of our fix and flip properties. Had appraisal issues but still profited around $14,000.00. We also closed on the purchase of another investment property in a nice area that we are going to retail without doing any rehab! Having a great time. Everyone just keep thinking positive as there is money to be made. I am always interested in working with other investors so don't hesitate to contact me.

Starting my blog

Wow, I wish I would have started this sooner. So much has happened since joining the DG family. I will start with this past week. I was contacted by a member from the site from Indiana who was going to be in my area(Michigan). We met for lunch to talk Real Estate. It is so cool to connect with other people in the DG network and I hope I get the opportunity to do this more often. Julie and I closed on the sale of one of our properties that was a Lease/Option. Our tenant buyer exercised their option early(only after 4 months). We decided to offer a discount off the original sale price due to cashing us out early. We profited over $40,000!
