Wow, I wish I would have started this sooner. So much has happened since joining the DG family. I will start with this past week. I was contacted by a member from the site from Indiana who was going to be in my area(Michigan). We met for lunch to talk Real Estate. It is so cool to connect with other people in the DG network and I hope I get the opportunity to do this more often. Julie and I closed on the sale of one of our properties that was a Lease/Option. Our tenant buyer exercised their option early(only after 4 months). We decided to offer a discount off the original sale price due to cashing us out early. We profited over $40,000! We also closed on the purchase of a property from a tired landlord. We will offer this property as a lease/option also. We put in offers on new properties -just waiting to hear back.A couple weeks prior we put tenant/buyers in two separate properties up north(My home away from home)We purchased a waterfront property on a land contract that we figured we would use for a while until we sell it. I put up a sign and an add on C list and I have someone that wants to do a lease/option. I just moved my stuff in from the other cottage we just sold on a lease/option. I guess I need to find another. More to follow next week. Success to all!
