Here's where I'm at: Day (1) one I read most of the 30 days to make money. now I'll see if I can implement it. my new business email is: RealEstateStarDeals@**** I try the assignment and 25 to 1 way of doing it. I need the $5000 as soon as possible. $5000 to me is like $500,000 to Dean or Matt.
some of the things like the "why" and the "goal" of real estate seem to be a time wasting thing because until you have done 1 deal how can you really set realistic goals? so I guess my first goal is to do my first deal in 30 days or less for $5000. the way thing can be many things & can change so I guess my why is I need that $5000 or at least close a first deal in 30 days. to some it up why and goal are about the same to me right now & the first deal and $5000 mean everything to me right now no matter how long it takes.
