We need help in Cleveland, OH

We have found and purchased our first propoerty since boots on the ground and we did not do a good enough job locking in a buyer. We have a house in Garfield, OH. CAP rate 12+ ARV $50K rehab cost $20,750. We purchased for $8,500. We've been working with bandit sign ads etc. If you or anyone you know would be interested please respond.

I'm working on my first sale as well after boots on the ground. Could you please keep me updated for when you sell this Smiling I'd love to learn from your experience. Did you actually purchase the house with cash or are you doing an assignment of contract?
