30 day Blue Print

I have being reading this book since it has being published and have being so scared of my own self and naysayer so much that I will start the book and finish the whole book and start thinking what I don't have to start I found every excuse not to start . Well since this week I was lead to book again and with wisdom tip that Dean had on think on all that you have and not on what you don't have.

I finally got up and call one out of the five agents you said I should call this week and to my surprise she was happy to work with me as a matter of fact before my lunch was over she and me 6 houses to look at I was shock the last time I tried with a friend that is a Realtor she said what I was doing would not work so I go did not go further.

Now I am reading this book again and I'm more fired up. Just to make the first step. I have a question, the set of forms need to do the first deal where would I find them especially the lead/paint disclosure.
