Hey guys I've posted Ghost Ads on craigslist just like everyone suggested and OMGEEEEE! Lol! Less than a half hour later my phone was ringing and I was getting emails ... So far I have 3 with two of them giving detailed specifications on properties they and what they are willing spend (Cash) I'm so excited my fingers are slipping on the keyboard 
I know this is just the tip of the iceberg but its a major step from nothing

Update .. Ok whooo (catching my breath)so now I have a few more than the first time I posted .. I have located properties that fits the criteria for a few of my buyers ... next.. get paid!! The only thing is most of the buyers that I come across will only agree to pay me if they choose to buy the property so I'm trying my best to find winning properties and hopefully they will like them ...
