On March 29, 2013 my house in clinton MD will be sold at a foreclosure sale. I would like to know if anyone would be willing to buy my home and allow me and my family to rent the property. I am willing to also do a short sale.

I would suggest that you fill out some info on your profile so that investors on this site can know a little about yourself and network with you.
Also, you may want to explain somewhat why your house is being foreclosed, what alternatives have you sought, etc. and give investors the reasons to why they should consider buying and renting your house back to you?!
Have you thought about doing a short sale, or is it too late for that?
How much is your house being foreclosed for? Any back taxes? Second loan? What is your house worth?
