I am finally moving forward and gosh it feels great. I started reading the 30 days to fast cash 3 months ago, and the holidays and family concerns got in the way. I have commited to going to our REIA and I got a brainstorm, why not search for a mentor and see what happens. One of the charter members of our REIA is this really dynamic woman, who is, by her description, "intense". I loved rubbing shoulders with her and talking to her and when I got in trouble with one of the investors who took my money for a "course" that never materialized, she stepped in and guided me. I knew she would be the one to help me. I asked, she said no, I went on, so to speak and then the opportunity presented itself again. I asked her to guide me, she said yes and here I am. She's a big fan of Dean Graziosi's site and I feel like the Universe is responding to my request. Oh, one other thing and that is I went to a Live Event, a freebie, but it was so fun, and the presenter was so dynamic, I know what I want to do after I've made my first million, get people interested in attending Deans workshops. But first I need to do my deals, and attend one myself. Am laughing!!!!!! To everyone on this site, you are my inspiration, my gifts. Thank you. Now go get those deals!

My homework, and I'm still moving forward! Yea!
Part of my homework as I work toward doing my first deal soon is to come to the website daily and journal. So here's what I've done so far: found a really great real estate agent but he's not understanding the information I need him to give me; making time to read, learn and do. Really hard when you're a single mom with a young man that has a disability and likes your attention. I find the time; he finally went to sleep after giggling for the last 5 minutes! Listen to real estate cds when I'm in the car driving to see my next patient; I'm a home health nurse and it's so fun driving around now. It use to be a bore, but now it's great. I like to learn while I'm driving. And finally spotting either vacant homes or FSBOs, wow that's exciting. I'm moving forward, probably at a snails pace, but I'm still moving!
