Hello everyone!
I'm totally new here.. I love this website it is jam packed and overflowing with great people, mentors and knowledge.
I'm just going to say ... WOW! I am not going to focus on the fact that I wish I had this book sooner ... I am just going to be grateful that I have it now. 
So far I have read so much information & my book looks like it went thru the war with post its sticking out all over the place.. LOL.
I just started on Chapter 6... The perfect RE agent = huge profits... Okay so I'm going to jump into this chapter and most likely the next few ... I can't put this book down!!

Yayyyy!!!! I finished reading Deans book Profit from Real Estate Right Now... I'm about to dig into Be a RE Millionaire because he spoke so much about that book in this one that I need to read all about it.
I actually did a lil scouting and I went back to a house that I had noticed was vacant probably 6 - 8 months ago. Low and behold it still is! So, after I dig into this book some.. I am going to use Dean's instructions on looking up the property and find out some more info.

Hay congrats on finishing the book I just got mine today and I have just been in McDonald to day for hours and hours taking notes diligently seeking for enough info that I can make a check list for tomorrow and go out and actually I'm trying to do the unlikely and that's get a buyer, investor,a real estate agent, make a bird dog sell tomorrow so Im going to spend my night to night im still at Mcdonalds but when I leave then im going to read up so stay motivated get the info like your doing and feel free to unload your high energy with me and tell me all the book im about to read says help cement the concept in my head and yours.
