I am very new to all of this. I have attended Dean's seminars, have my LLC, CPA, PO Box, business phone, real estate agent, etc. But I AM STUCK! I attended the seminar back in March and I feel if I don't do something soon I will lose motivation which is not acceptable to me. I know I need to build my buyers list,(which I am working on as we speak) but I think the biggest thing that scares me is not knowing what to say to them once I do find them, or where do I go after that? I have all the material but have been told we can't learn it all but without knowing it, what do I say? Ugh, I am just at a loss.

Hi Marcia, if you don't have it already, get Dean's book title "PROFIT FROM REAL ESTATE RIGHT NOW"! That book will blow your mind like it did mine. It has a wealth of information in it and it has scripts in which you can use when you don't know what to say. I promise you, you will be glad that you did. To your success, GET THE BOOK AND READ IT, TODAY!!!
