Class in Rapid City May 17-19

The instructors and coaching was top notch.
Jim Anderson is a gifted teacher.
Gina was my coach.

I have some ideas that may improve the experience for others.

1. In the free siminar, I was led to believe my $2,000.00 purchase was the best class to get.

2. Insider's cash-great. It also would be helpful to let students know upfront they need to have a LLC to use it. (was told at the very end ot the three day seminar I was all ready deflated because could not make Insiders Edge program)

3. Scholarship program for students who are commited and ready to go. The students as part of the sholarship program would go to seminars and help those in the three day seminar that could not continue to the Insiders Edge. Making sure they did not leave the seminar deflated and defeated feeling. This person as part of the scholarship program would be these students personal contact vs the 1800# as a person.
(Jim Anderson or your rep. would decide who, if anyone in the class stands out enough to be part of the program)

Each person in the seminar made a commintment to learn and do real estate investing. Even though, I left still with my three property reviews and information not purchased, the knowledge obtained help me understand how to review properties closer, estimated the value and my offer. Also, I have your complete home study.

Help each student in the seminar feel great when they leave, not just those who are continuing to the Insider's Edge.
