Good morning all,
Hoping life is being good to you and yours.
Learning the sight. Have been struggling with convincing myself this is real. How did you talk yourself into it? I feel like I spent the last year charging at it and chickening out. Like standing at pool sticking a toe and and waiting for the water to get warm, instead of just jumping in and acclimating myself to the pool. So where I got scarred, I got to offer excepted, then panicked. How do I pass it to the next person? My thinking is I have to buy it then sell it for a couple thousand more to be a wholesaler. I can find the deals now what do I do? I have a buyers list, how do I get it from me having under contract to the buyer having it under contract, and the money in between?
