Good Morning,Today Is the day that I have to get my actions together as far as getting a deal or two done.My goal Is to get at least two deals done by November,Do you guys think I can pull this off.I pray on this because It would be the answer to my prayers.My family and I would have a great Christmas.I have found a lending company who specializes In backing up real estate investment deals.When I found this and also found out that they were so close to my home I became excited.Now all I have to do Is find my property.Every one wish me luck.By the way,These contracts are real right.by real I mean legit to be able to use for my deals?Lord guide me at this nervous and unsure time of my life.Thanks for reading....

A possible deal in the making,what do I do Oh gosh.....
Okay so, there Is this property with a highly motivated seller who just happens to have best offer.This guy doesn't even have a set price.He Is moving out of town and has had this ad up since the 12th of May.I know that this Is something that I have to jump on,and he says that It Is up for grabs.He says that some one tried to get It,but their credit was not the best.Now my brain Is spinning.Because I know that there are a few ways that I can get this property,and this guy Is very motivated and willing to take best offers.What do I do,I know that I have to run the numbers.T
