I am getting a bit frustrated because so many of the listings my realtor is sending me, I am finding that they are already under contract to some other buyer. I just have to tough my way through it. With every disappointment there is a reward waiting in the wings. I just have to find my first. Dean keeps encouraging me to keep going so that is what I am going to do.
I am going to have a major breakthrough in 2013. My pastor has told me and I know my GOD want it for me as well. Focus,Focus, Focus. Stay The Course.

Hello John,
I am aware of how you feel,I was there a few months ago. I had to help or train my realtor, which made all the difference. I found peoperties I liked and used
deans total view real estate sight and located all properties for sale, fsbo, foreclousers and REO'S which very few people including realtors ever look at.
Frustrated but not out
Thanks, I have one Real Estate Broker that I am starting to work with now. He is giving mee all the Pre-forclosures in my area MLS and I am going to them and without mentioning "FORECLOSURE" am getting them to listen to my agent. He is an Investor as well as a broker. For every sale I receive $1000.00. No success yet but it has only been a week. I am a bit leary about going to the homeowner. Greg Murphy said" mention forclosure and you can get cussed out in three different languages".
