first blog ever!!!!

i guess i forgot to tell you a little about me!!
I am married tom a wonderful smart lady named karen.We will have been married in aug 23 yrs and have one awesome son justin.
Just out of high school i went to college at canton atc ag and tech for automotive tech .I then went to work for an automotive garage,then napa auto parts as a delivery driver.After a yr or so i started working in napas machine shop..rebuilding engines and other machine work.Karen and i got married and had justin.I then worked for acpc cable mill making cable for electrical lines for a couple yrs.After getting laid off karen and i wanted to build a house since we were living in a trailer and also since my dad was a carpenter all his life .My dad had built many houses and he said he would teach me how to build and we could build our house as a family.Well after we built our house i was so interested in building that i told my dad we needed to start our own construction business.They called me back to work at acpc where i had benefits but it was to late i had decided to take the RISK and start our own partnership STHILAIRE AND SON CONSTRUCTION.My dad had all the knowledge and i had a TON of I CAN LEARN ANYTHING!!! ...esp from my dad.At this time karen was working full time at a local lumber yard AND going to night school for her degree and taking care of justin when she got home !!!! Well we certainly made some sacrifices and busted through some obstacles to keep pushing to reach our goals.She is an AMAZING woman and we together can accomplish ANYTHING.
WELL after MANY houses,garages,decks ,septic systems,and asking my dad ENDLESS questions i have learned how to build ANYTHING.After approx 18 yrs in construction i got into an electrical power company and presently i am a hotstick lineman working on high voltage power lines for the last 10 yrs.
I read dean graziosis books two yrs ago and also joined his success academy ..along with buying his think a little different program and attended his gain the edge event 2 yrs in a row.
I now read ,listen and soak up EVERY bit of knowledge he shares with all dgers on this site .I continue to MODEL his shared thoughts and blogs and try to learn all his wisdom,tips,strategies and more.I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for all he has shared with so many students including myself and all his selfless acts to see us gain MORE knowledge to reach our goals.
ok enough about me....in the next blog i will talk a little about my first deal and how i overcame any self doubt and the scared feeling you get on your first deal

Hello all...what an awesome weekend!! I am Camping with my wife and enjoying the beautiful weekend.I love relaxing and clearing my thoughts while camping with karen.We look forward to the day we r retired and can enjoy more than the weekend to share thoughts,do what we like...travel...and enjoy the fruits of labor...ok this days blog is about my first deal real estate. my first deal consisted of an offer to a real estate agent on a few different properties on the mls. homemade rear 4 or more offers and finally on was accepted.I Had a property close to work That was listed for 39 9oo And I bought for 21,000. this was my very first deal after joining the success academy. for those of you who don't know what to success academy is, it is called pmi and it is a real estate academy through dean graziosi a multimillionaire real estate educator. after reading his books in joining the pmi success academy, I p finally built up the nerve to offer on a property or 21000 and immediately began advertising on craigslist 4 a buyer for 38,000 . I asked for 5000 dollars down and I finally had a buyer. the only problem was the buyer wanted it 4 38,000 but didn't have 5000 down.I IMMEDIATELY asked what they had to trade for the down payment.They stated ..try had a newer 28*48 doublewide in a park!!!! Seeded I thought so they asked me what I would allow them?? I offered 20,000.....so I had my first deal!!!! Scared and not knowing what I got myself into...I was getting comfortable being uncomfortable:) .Now 38,000-20,000=18,000.......
18,000 was what they would owe me after closing to buy then sell to them.
Keep in mind, I bought this for 21,000 with OPM ....other peoples money!!! ...the banks.....I got a line of credit from a local bank.
AFTER CLOSING for 21,000 ....I sold on l/c for 38,000 total but took in the doublewide as down payment.When I looked at the dhl wide I was at AWE... they had pd 45,000 new and it was only 3 yrs old! !!!!!
I sold the dblwide for 23,000 and pr the house off ...am now collecting the pmnt. Plus interest for a number of yrs!!!!....
To make this rei better....I sold the empty lot that came with the house....for 11,000 plus interest......
BELIEVE ME when I tell u ........learning the knowledge from dean graziosi will let me retire young!!! Its not IF .....ITS WHEN! !!.

Its not as simple as some say but it is simple to learn ...the most important ingredient is ACTION!!!!!

What a beautiful day!!! I am on my lunch break at work.today we r setting 60 ft poles to tie in switches for a 13,800 kv line .
Ate my lunch while typing on my phone and wanted to let you know we r now planning a 2012 dg cruise!!!!! Been awhile since I wrote here...just a quick recap of the last few mnths....... nailed down a 4quick deal buy in my home town...a store with apt in back with open sq footage upstairs......an empty lot....a single family 2home bdrm house ...and another scholars that needs repair.......these r STILL IN CLOSING MODE...GETTING ABSTRACTS completed.
Started an energy...network marketing business......looking for partners........
Also went to tax sale auction and squired 4 more properties..2-single family homes...1 mobile home with garage on lot...ans a commercial 1/2 acre lot! !¡!!!!!!!...also been working at my regular high voltage lineman job on overtime 7at days a week............sooooooo if WANT IT BAD ENOUGH.........you can MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!.........BE PERSISTENT........have PASSION........be DETERMINED.......FOCUS on INTEGRITY.............all this combined will create massive CONFIDENCE! !!!

AGAIN it has been awhile since I have been on my blog ... Been CRAZY BUSY and wanted to say I am STILL learning and turning transactions even though I haven't shared most of them here. I STILL read deans books over and over and listen to his blogs by HABIT. You HAVE GOT TO make this site and his blogs a HABIT or you will slip away and let life churn you up in the OLD HABITS of NOT changing your life to make it what you deserve. I have done over 40 deals while working sometimes 70 hrs per week and DO NOT SEE ANY reason YOU cannot do ONE DEAL to get you on the FASTRACK to repeating the path and plan dean teaches right here on this site for FREE!! Where else can you get all this knowledge and networking on one site and access to some VERY EXPERIENCED DGERS that share all that they learn. Today I am feeling overly grateful for all I have learned and been taught AND BEEN A PART OF this whole dean Graziosi family!!!!! Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
