I'm a newby, just finished first 5 days. I got an aquaintence approved for $44k. my plan was to buy a unit under $20k and sell/assign it over to her. But i can't show proff that i have $20 k. Also I signed a contract 2day for a home selling 4 $85k, needs $50k n rehab ARV is $233k. Where/how do I get proof of the $85k. I have no assets, IRAs, credit cards and
