Ever since I started to put my mind into real estate investing and following Dean's advice I can't believe how many people that are close to me that are "naysayers." I now understand what Matt Larson was going through at the beginning of his journey. I almost wanted to give up to, but thanks to Dean and his weekly wisdom's and the rest of the DG family for helping me to keep going in a life changing experience. I understand the saying, "if this was easy everybody would be doing this."And I'm pretty close to closing on my first deal. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

Sometimes the people around us are not so understanding about the path we choose and it makes it hard to keep going.
Dont letem take your dream away from you whatever it is... Make goals, small and big stay true to them and dont forget the reason WHY you are doing what you are..
