Any Suggestions.....

I am embarking on this real estate journey with my mother and my boyfriend. Both my mother and boyfriend started to read the 30 Days to Real Estate Cash back in June of 2011 and still haven't done anything with it.

Now that I decided to join them in this adventure any ideas on how we can all motivate each other. So far I have been diligent. As for my 2 business partners not so much.

This week I have demanded I get their WHY and at least their 30 Day goal emailed to me. Hoping that if someone else is holding them accountable, it will light a fire under their butts.

Any other suggestions to help me help them would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you have dealt yourself a difficult hand with your choice of business partners. You will find that things may be more difficult if you rely on their involvement for your success.

If they do not want to carry their load, DO NOT let that stop you from making your dreams come true. We all have people we love, but know they would not make good business partners. When we recognize this simple fact we will not bring bad feelings into our personal relationships.

Good luck as you move forward. Control what you can without worrying about what your mom and boyfriend are doing.

Thank you very much. In a way I already knew that would be the answer.

The hard part is I live with my mom.

But I know once they see me bringing in deals and money they will want hop on and go for it.

So I guess going forward no matter what is my only option.

To motivate them, why not go at it without them and make easy money. Let them see your success. The benefit here is that you grow richer (not just monotarly) as a person. What's that old sayimg; "You could lead a horse to water...."
