This is the very first time I am posting anything here on DG so I hope this is the right place. I am a newby and just got off the conference call with Dean and Joe. It was awesome! I am so excited to get out there and start using some of their tips and get that first deal under my belt and on my way to many more! I do have one question though - is it ok to start making these contacts without having my buyers list in place? Can I just use an exit clause "pending approval of associates" if I get a deal but can't finance it myself or find a buyer? I look forward to being here much more and getting some good advice!
