I've had every excuse:
- We have 10 kids and 2 1/2 grandchildren who need us...
- I am a mother first...how can I justify my time away from our youngest child especially?
- My health has taken a hit this past year...
- I am recovering from a broken right foot and messed-up left heel (likely because of the right foot)...
- My mother passed away last December...
- We have a large yard and an older home that needs some updating...
- We have a remodeling project INSIDE our home (from water damage last year) that is STILL being worked on...
- I am active and busy in my church...
- I have the house, laundry, etc to keep up on...
- I need to keep in touch with my large extended family...
- We have large events like Missions, Weddings and Graduations pretty regularly...
- I need some free time to be able to Volunteer...
- I don't know everything I need to know to NOT look like a fool by making offers on homes...
- I don't like what we wrote on our Bandit Signs the first time...
- I don't have a realtor that I like...
- I still have time...
- I don't want to show my husband up! (heehee)
NO MORE EXCUSES!
I am scheduling 4 hours a day for RE Investing no matter what time of day it needs to be. This will be 5 days a week. I'll modify as necessary, but this is my written goal PUBLISHED... READY SET GOOOOOOO!!!!!
Great Attitude: Solutions Succeed, Excuses Concede...
Congratulations on making the decision for success. It is refreshing to hear someone take action on achieving their goals.
I hear too many times people complaining and accepting what is thrown their way.
FOCUS and be LUCKY, I wish you the best.
