Well today was not a bust.
Followed up on some suggestions as to finding an agent. Sent out some emails to perspective agents and will call others tomorrow.
Answered PMs and emails
Spent about 3 hours tonight looking for properties in LW offered by agents that have a price reduction. Got a few addresses.
Did a little reading of Dean's new book as well.
Did my dailies.
Calling it a night.

Attn: VETERAN DGers!!!! Help me out here: I have finally contacted an owner of a home which is in pre foreclosure but she is not in the same state anymore. I know the bank its financed through .. I am wondering who I need to submit the bid to without using a realtor.
