I've paid the money, read the books and materials, joined the success acadamy,invested in the SFL system, gained some knowledge (notice I didn't say gained all the knowledge),saved many helpful articles from this site's members, listened to the weekly blogs and still haven't done my first deal. I'm now just this side of totally broke. I'm always tired from trying to keep my other business afloat... and I'm tired of being tired. That changes today!
I have been an isolationist for the past 25+ years doing most everything for myself without help from other people. I see now that this will not work if I intend on being successful as an investor. I don't know if anyone will read this but it will serve as both a diary for me to chronicle my journey back to "society" and a lesson to those who want to know what it takes to succeed. Failure is not an option for me as I want more out of what's left of my life!
So here goes.......
Day 1:
Today I started step 1 of the Rock Bottom Blueprint's 30 days to fast cash. I've called some realtors and am awaiting their response to my emailed requests.
Have already used or done most of the other homework items so now I will just read what I can until my study courses arrive.

Thanks Jay for the encouragement. I know that there are going to be obstacles along the way but the one thing I don't have is a lot of QUIT in me. If you knew what I endured to keep my other business going, you'd understand.
I've spent the past 18 or so months trying to do this my way and it just hasn't been working. Now I am following the RBBP plan to the Tee so that hopefully, it will show me where I was wrong in what I was doing.
I'll be writing an entry daily so feel free to come on by and see how I'm doing
