Week Two

So far this week I have been calling real estate agents and putting ads on Craigslist.
I finally got a call back on one of my ads, and I plan to call the lady tomorrow and see what she wants.
I am one third the way through YTYP, I would be much further but I have had a super busy week. I am reading as much as I can, but I'm not rushing it either because I want to take as much in as possible.
I do not want to take it slow on the action side though. I just want the knowledge so I can get the action part done. I am taking what actions I can right now, looking for the perfect agent, and trying to get a buyers list going. I am also researching properties in my area and talking real estate with everyone. If anyone has some pearls of wisdom about attracting Buyers let me in on it! I have put a bunch of ads on Craigslist and only one call so far!
I did just buy a few big corrugated signs. I am hoping I have some success with those.
