Rock Bottom Blue Print 30 Days to Quick Cash

I bought the RBBP and I am really excited about it! The little details that you don't get from the books are great. I have only read the first two sections from the 30 Days Quick Cash Formula so far, but that has really amped me up and I can't wait to get the full program!
So far it's day two into the program (30 DTQC)and Shannon(my wife)and I have already got leads for a handful of great agents. I have drafted the "start the relationship" letter and sent it out to seven agents. We are way ahead of schedule.
Soon I will have lists of cash buyers in my area and I will be ready to put the pieces together!
I can't wait to get further into this amazing program.

My First Deal

My first deal is done.
I didn't do it for profit, I did it for free for my Aunt.
She wanted to sell her home and had no luck going through real estate agents.
I told her about my research into real estate investing and said maybe I could help. She was very excited and asked me to help her sell.
I found a tenant buyer who's landlord had been foreclosed upon, and needed a place asap. I set up the deal, got the contract together, and yesterday she and her husband signed the contract.
I am thankful that the little I have learned has allowed me to help someone I care about. Now that I have done this I know I can make money with this kind of deal in the future.

My progress

Well, I feel like I could make a deal any day.
I am helping my aunt try to sell her home (not for profit, but for experience and to help her out); I have a deal in the works that could net me $50-$75k, though it's still tenuous; and I am working on a strategy that I learned listening to a webinar on reiclub.com.
I am super excited, but a little nervous too. I am thankful I have my brother and my wife supporting me in this. I feel like I am taking one of the biggest leaps of faith in my life.
That's all I got.

Week Two

So far this week I have been calling real estate agents and putting ads on Craigslist.
I finally got a call back on one of my ads, and I plan to call the lady tomorrow and see what she wants.
I am one third the way through YTYP, I would be much further but I have had a super busy week. I am reading as much as I can, but I'm not rushing it either because I want to take as much in as possible.

My first conversation with a real estate agent.

To start off I suppose I should say that I am just now reading my first Dean Graziosi book, Your Town Your Profits. I am less than halfway through, but I feel like I am absorbing every word.
My little brother Ben introduced me to this site and has talked extensively about Dean and his methods, so I am already familiar with a lot of the lingo.
Anyway, I have been reading constantly in every spare moment, and I do a lot of cross referencing and watching videos on this site and on TotalView. Yesterday I posted a few ads on Craigslist to try and get a buyers list going.
