Hey everybody how are you? Thanks for stopping by to read a little bit about me.
I've developed my 5 year plan and the clock is now ticking! I'm new to real estate investing and need all the good advice and good vibes that I can get.
Briefly, I'm a 21 year USAF veteran, and former NATO civil servant and consultant for a combined 11 years. Since returning to the US in 2001, I started various MLM businesses, probably just like a lot of you, but mostly have worked as a consultant to businesses interested in government/military business, e.g., GSA Approved Vendor status.
Returned from Afghanistan last November and vowed to not leave the US again unless on vacation - I'm definitely HOME4GOOD! LOL
Live in Miami,FL and am dedicating the rest of my professional career to real estate investing.
I attended the Insiders Edge on 13 - 15 May 11. Great experience and I am taking it further.
For the moment I want to concentrate on wholesaling and assigning contracts so suggestions and advice are welcome.
More later.
Welcome

Mike,
Thank you for the kind words. Funding is my main challenge at this point so any suggestions in that area or personal experience doing same would be helpful.
Kenn
Please take a few minutes to fill out your profile info. It will help us to help you.
Funding:
Go to property auctions and ask bidders(cash buyers) b4 and after the auction if they want some great deals. They are investors and have cash. Get their info and criteria of properties they're interested in. You can call 'for rent' ads and signs to ask if they want more rental properies.
FSBO(forsalebyowners) can often owner finance or L/O.
You should be focused on wholesale and assignments in the beginning.
Use this site info by 'Main Section' top left and 'student resources' for tools and contracts.
When you want to post, click 'contribute' on the left and it will show up on the front page so all will see it and be able to help. The 'whats new' under the 'main section' will take you to current post/replies.
If you're looking for something in particular you can use the search box located under Deans chin(top left) type in and hit enter.
